Parakeet with Berries

Parakeet and Berries was done after honing down what it was about my sculpture Parakeets that intrigued me so. . . It was the fact that these tiny creatures can sit on limbs of trees one moment and manipulate them the next. Here a small parakeet reaches with all of its strength to pluck a berry within its reach.
